DryPing Inc. Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of:
• DryPing.com (“Site”)
• the DryPing™ mobile application (“App”)
• the DryClip™ smart diaper sensor (“Device”)
• any related services, subscriptions, analytics, or features we offer
By accessing or using our products or services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use DryPing.
“DryPing,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to DryPing Inc., a Delaware company.
1. Use of the DryClip™ Device & DryPing™ App
DryClip™ is a consumer moisture-detection device designed to help caregivers know when a diaper becomes wet.
It is NOT a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent medical conditions.
By using the Device and App, you agree that:
• You will use DryClip responsibly and according to instructions.
• You will not modify, tamper with, or reverse-engineer the hardware, firmware, or software.
• Your phone must remain within Bluetooth range to receive alerts.
• Alert performance may vary based on diaper brand, fit, environmental factors, and device placement.
• DryPing is not responsible for missed notifications caused by connectivity, user setup, or external conditions.
DryClip uses capacitive moisture sensing on the outside of a diaper.
Performance depends on diaper construction, absorbency materials, and sensor contact.
2. Not a Substitute for Child Care
The DryClip™ Device provides convenience and assistance, but it does not replace vigilant caregiver judgment.
DryPing is not liable for:
• Missed or delayed notifications
• False positives or false negatives
• Incorrect setup or usage
• Battery depletion
• Loss of Bluetooth connection
• Environmental interference
DryClip™ is not an emergency monitoring system.
3. Accounts & Registration
Some features of the App may require creating an account.
You agree to:
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Premium Features
Certain features—such as analytics dashboards, cloud backups, long-term data trends, or AI-assisted predictions—may require a paid subscription.
By subscribing, you agree to:
• Pay the applicable recurring fees
• Authorize automatic billing until you cancel
• Understand that pricing may change (with advance notice)
You may cancel at any time through Apple App Store or Google Play settings.
Refunds for partial billing periods are not provided unless required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, firmware, software, branding, and technology associated with DryPing and DryClip are owned by DryPing Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:
• Copy
• Modify
• Distribute
• Reverse engineer
• Decompile
• Create derivative works
of any part of the Device, App, or Site.
“DryPing™” and “DryClip™” are registered trademarks or trademarks of DryPing Inc.
6. User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews, feedback, photos, suggestions, or testimonials:
• You grant DryPing a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for product improvement or marketing.
• You retain ownership of your content.
We will not use personal or child-related content without your permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use DryPing for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with device, app, or server operations
• Access or attempt to access systems without authorization
• Introduce viruses or harmful code
• Attempt to manipulate BLE behavior or firmware
Violations may result in suspension or termination of services.
8. Warranty & Returns
DryClip™ includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
• Improper use
• Water or liquid damage
• Physical or impact damage
• Unauthorized modifications
• Normal wear and tear
Return and replacement options may vary by retailer and country.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
DryPing Inc. is not liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Missed notifications or lost data
• Connectivity or environmental issues
• Damage resulting from misuse of the Device or App
DryPing’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Device or service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, only the legal minimum may apply.
10. No Medical Advice
DryPing does not provide medical advice.
All App information and notifications are informational only.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.
11. Software & Firmware Updates
DryPing may release updates to ensure proper functionality.
You agree to install updates as needed for security and performance.
Updates may include:
• Firmware improvements
• Bug fixes
• Feature enhancements
• Security patches
We may automatically push critical updates when allowed by your platform.
12. Privacy
Your use of DryPing is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at DryPing.com.
By using the Device, App, or Site, you agree to that policy.
13. Termination
We may terminate or restrict access to the Site, App, or services if:
• You violate these Terms
• There are security risks or misuse
• Continued operation becomes infeasible
You may stop using the Device and App at any time.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Disputes may be resolved in Delaware courts unless otherwise required by applicable law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of DryPing after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
